Our Premium Custom Design service is something new that we now offer. It's great for clients with difficult sites or for those wanting more time to explore design ideas and specifications.

Premium Custom Design gives you a four-month development period and a more extensive service to organise the fine details before actually building. During this time we'll develop a system to manage your project, develop concept drawings into final plans, finalise all specifications right down to styles and colours, refine contracts, and provide a fixed price.

All this for only $4,999. Within four months you'll be ready to move on to the pre-building/pre-permits stage, with every feature and design element just as you've specified.
